June 2011 Blog Income Report

June was a hectic month for me, which is why you will notice that I only managed to publish guest posts (and only a handful at that) on this blog. I only got around to writing the May income port yesterday morning!

Lets hope that July is back to normal for me. I know I’ve become as reliable as an old car gps sat nav lately. πŸ™‚

Page Impressions & Visitor Count

The unique visitor count for June stands at 1,472, which is an increase of 103 from the month of May.

The page impression count for June stands at 3,041, which is an increase of 74 from the month of May.

This means that each unique visitor looked at 2.07 pages.

My bounce rate has shot up from 58.95% to 63.99%.

Nice to see that despite only posting a couple of articles I have seen both my unique count and page impression count rise.

Every month since November 2007 I have written an income report which documents all the …

  1. Impressive Dean!
This only reflects all the hard work you’ve done.
    Keep it up! πŸ˜‰

  2. Great work ,hope you will earn more in future ..My wishes with you

  3. Congratulations! Are you overall happy with the final results (money and visitor count)? Good luck for July!

  4. Congrats!! Looks like everything went up! What did you do differently from last month to this month? Great job!

  5. Good job. I say this every month, but I really need to expand where the income comes from!

    • Hi Simon, thanks for dropping by again.

I like to try as many ways as possible because if one area collapses I have other areas that will continue to make money. Never put all your eggs into one basket. πŸ™‚

  6. Pretty nice earnings for this blog, hopefully in the future the trend will be an upward trend. I do agree that the UnderDog revenue does seem really low considering the amount of traffic you sent.

    • I think it just might be that UnderDog is attracting low-paying advertisers. I’ve got another network ready to replace them if the revenue from them does not pick up soon.

  7. Getting 103 new visitors from the previous month is a great achievement for a blogger, I would say. Wish you the same success in the future too, Dean !

  8. Cool! I am really amused to see the income of you.I never thought to earn about $420 in a month. Can you tell me what is the easiest way to earn.I hope you will help me to do that.

  9. I am just amused to see the income report from blogging. Are this statistics for real because I am in doubt.

  10. Impressive result! Reaching more than $400 is absolutely a convincing result to push yourself more. But I wonder how many hours do you actually spend for your blog to reach this cap of earning? I hope to see much of your success in the future! Goodluck!

  11. auto unfollow non followers? Uh, that makes a lot of sense. Lol. I’ll have to check out that Bluehost thing, since you so highly recommend it.

    • Actually it makes a lot of sense, a lot of people only want to follow people on Twitter who follow them back. So what they are looking for there is a tool that will automatically unfollow anybody who unfollows them. πŸ™‚

  12. Great job! Stay focused and can’t wait to see higher numbers from you soon.

  13. You said that you are unorganized instead you made around $400 so it is not bad, if you become organized you can make more, I’m sure.

  14. i think high visitor count has something to do with how you promote your website. you can increase it more by doing backlinks and using backlink checker in your pc. congratulations anyway, you seem to have a lot of fans already.
