Donating to Charity

When you decide that it’s time to donate to charity, it’s just the first step, and you’ll need to do research to find out who would be the best place to put your money. What would probably be best is if there was a straight-forward list of the best charities, but unfortunately, such a straight answer can be hard to come by. However, at Modest Needs, we feel that we are one of the best places to donate.

We have dedicated ourselves to helping people maintain their self-sufficiency. We provide help with regular bills and with emergency expenses.

We also offer financial assistance for veterans. The transition to civilian life can be enough of a challenge in and of itself, but when it’s combined with financial problems, it can be too much. For that reason we have the Homecoming Heroes grants that are especially for returning military personnel.
