2010 Blog Income Report

This will be published (hopefully) while I am in a pub seeing in the new year. I thought I would end the year on this blog by posting how much money I have earnt over the past twelve months. I am not due any payments today and any income I earn from the ad networks today will only be pennies.

I did one of these in 2008 but forgot to do one last year.

Adbrite = $5.92
AdEngage = $0.35
AdsDaq = $3.32
Bidvertiser = $0.41
Clicksor = $0.06
Infolinks = $5.29
Kontera = $0.29
Passive Income = $2.31
Private Ads = $60.00
Reviews = $1116.49
Smowtion = $11.26
TLA = $114.30
TNX = $2.27
Triviala = $47.97
TradeDoubler = $1.12
Traffic Revenue = $0.07
Twitter = $45.40
UnderDog = $7.10

Total = $1423.93

– I did not include networks like SkyCPM, Infinity Ads or Adsense because My accounts with them have been shut down and they have not paid me anything.

I did not do as well as I had hoped but I did take a lot of time off and I found motivation hard to come by this year. My main goal now is to beat that total in 2011. 🙂

How did you do? Did you do better than me?

Happy New Year everyone. 🙂

  1. Why was your Adsense account shut down?

    • I first had an Adsense account in 2004 and I stupidly told a friend of mine that I was earning very well with it. He thought he was helping me out and started clicking on the ads and I was banned.

      Fast forward to late 2008.

      I logged into my Google account and navigated to the page where all their services are listed. I saw that the join Adsense option was now enabled instead of disabled.

      So I applied and sent them an email explaining what had happened before and that it would not be happening again. They approved me and I was on my way again.

      Again, fast forward to a couple of months ago.

      I received an email out of the blue saying that my Adsense account had been disabled as I had been banned in 2004 and no member is allowed back after being banned.

      😕

  2. Hi

    • I’ve had an offer from my brother to use his account but to be honest I never really earnt enough from them anyway. About $4 a month on a good month. 🙂
